Owner and Chef Michael Bulkowski has designed a menu that offers a variety of flavors and ingredients but that retains a level of simplicity. Because the menu is in a constant state of metamorphosis, he didn’t feel it necessary to overwhelm his customers with options. Rather he has decisively focused on perfecting each of the dishes included in the menu and places an evident emphasis on quality. A typical menu will include three or four appetizer options, two types of salad, a featured soup and five or six entrée selections.

At Revolver, we believe that wine should enhance the experience of food and vice versa. We select the wines on our list based on Michael’s cooking. Because his menu changes frequently and seasonally, so does our catalogue of wines. We pay special attention to our glass pours, changing them often to encourage diners to pair a different wine with each course and to try unfamiliar varietals. We know wine can be an art form, and it’s definitely a wonderful accompaniment to a meal. We hope our wine list offers both the fun of wine and the beauty.
